Сoncentrated juice

We producejuice concentrates by evaporating water from fruit juice. Evaporation is usually carried out under vacuum conditions in vacuum evaporators, which allows the juice to be concentrated seven times. The concentrate is then reconstituted by adding water.

All stages of production, from the supply of fruits and berries to production and to the packaging ofconcentrated juice, are being strictly controlledin our specialized laboratory that constantly monitors the quality and safety of the products. The concentrated juice has a thick and viscous consistency.

The main advantage of the concentrate is that it is easy to transport and store as the volume of the product is reduced by moisture evaporation. The concentrates are also less sensitive to microbiological contamination and temperature-induced organoleptic changes.

Concentrated juices do not contain any sugar or other sweeteners.

Concentrated juices are not for direct consumption and are used to make reconstituted juices, nectars and drinks, as well as for other products such as fruit jelly, candies, and more.

Fruit puree

Fruit aseptic puree is a product that is made from fresh fruits which are washed, peeled and processed into puree using special mashing machines.The pasteurizedpuree is then aseptically packed. The aseptic packaging process ensures long-term preservation of puree without adding of preservatives or other chemicals.

Puree can be made from any fruit such as apples, bananas, mangoes, apricots, strawberries, raspberries and others. It has a smooth texture and pleasant taste, making it ideal for use as an ingredient in juices, smoothies, ice creams, yogurts and baby food.

Fruit puree contains a lot of dietary fiber and vitamins.

Aroma

Aroma isa natural flavoring substance from juices which is collected during the production of natural juice concentrate. This product is made without addition of artificial flavors, preservatives or other additives. Fruit aromadoes not contain any genetically modified substances and it is used in various food and industrial sectors as a flavoring agent.

Juice NFC

NFC juices are direct-pressed semi-finished products or industrially produced natural fresh juices (international designation NfC – Not from Concentrate / Not from concentrate), which are obtained by squeezing crushed fresh ripe fruits or vegetables during the harvest period. Only fresh and unharmed fruits are selected for production.

For the processing of raw materials, various technologies are used, usually consisting of several processes – receiving, washing, inspecting fresh fruits (vegetables), grinding raw materials, actually obtaining juice mechanically (using presses), one-time heat treatment (pasteurization) and bottling into sterile packaging.

The juice is stored at a temperature of 0.+25°С without air access. Under such conditions, direct-pressed juice does not lose quality and retains all useful properties for a long time (24 months)

Pomace

Apple pomace makes up 25% of a processed apple and consists of peel, pulp and seeds. The pomace consists of insoluble carbohydrates such as lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose, monosaccharides such as glucose and fructose, and disaccharides such as sucrose containing minerals, proteins and vitamins. Apple pomace is used as animal feed, for the production of pectin, enzymes and other purposes.
